Brooklyn, NY The Dime Savings Bank of Williamsburgh recently signed a 10-year lease (with options to extend the lease upon expiration) for 42,000 s/f at One Pierrepont Plaza. Forest City Ratner is the property owner. Asking rents in the 750,000 s/f building are reported to be in the $50’s per s/f.
