Britvan of Commercial Realty Services leases 21,000 s/f

Milber Makris Plousadis & Seiden LLP has renewed and expanded their offices to 21,000 s/f at 1000 Woodbury Rd. Jack Britvan, SIOR, president of Commercial Realty Services of Long Island brokered the deal. Carlton Wenz represented RXR Realty, the landlord, in-house.
