
Manhattan, NY Brick Capital Partners LLC, through an affiliate entity, funded a $6.2 million acquisition loan for a private real estate investor. Located in the Inwood section, the collateral is comprised of a five-story walk-up apartment building with 49 apartments. The interest-only loan is for a two-year term and was closed within two weeks of application in order to meet the borrower’s time of the essence closing requirement.
Brick Capital’s Eric Roth said, “This transaction is simply another example of our ability to complete due diligence and close loans on a highly expedited basis.”
