Breslin Realty secures four leases

Garden City, NY Breslin Realty completed the following lease transactions:

Breslin Realty secured a long-term lease renewal with Bed Bath & Beyond at 5131 Sunrise Hwy. in Bohemia. Bed Bath & Beyond will continue to occupy 42,000 s/f in the Sayville Plaza shopping center. The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of Breslin. Bed Bath & Beyond is a domestic merchandise store with over 1,400 locations throughout North America. Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Northwell Health, Old Navy, Panera Bread, Jennifer Furniture, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sprint, and coming soon: F45 Training.

Breslin Realty completed the signing of a long-term lease with Aspen Dental at 216 Glen Cove Rd. in Carle Place. Aspen Dental will be occupying 3,500 s/f in the space formerly occupied by Pier One Imports. Delavale represented the landlord in the transaction. Steve Gillman of The Shopping Center Group represented the tenant.

Breslin Realty completed the signing of a long-term lease with F45 Training at 5191 Sunrise Hwy. in Bohemia. F45 Training will be occupying 3,100 s/f in the Sayville Plaza shopping center on Sunrise Hwy. (NY-27). The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Delavale. F45 is a worldwide fitness studio that, according to its website, is focused on “functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement.” It is currently one of the fastest growing fitness franchises globally, with over 1,750 studios in 45 countries. Additional Sayville Plaza retail includes Northwell Health, Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Panera Bread, Jennifer Furniture, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chipotle Mexican Grill, and Sprint.

Breslin Realty completed the signing of a long-term lease with RockBox Fitness at 3361 Hempstead Tpke. in Levittown. RockBox Fitness will be occupying 3,075 s/f in the Levittown Mews Shopping Center on Hempstead Tpke. (NY-24). The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Delavale. RockBox is a unique, boxing-based gym that offers classes that fuse boxing, kickboxing, and functional training exercises for every experience level. RockBox Fitness is a national tenant with gyms across 16 different states, and Breslin Realty is excited to be one of the first landlords to open a New York location. Additional Levittown Mews retail includes Walmart Neighborhood Market, Ulta, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Lane Bryant, European Wax Center, Leslie’s Swimming Pools, Jovia Financial Credit Union, H&R Block, and Sexy Crab Cajun Seafood & Bar.
