Breslin Realty secures 20,000 s/f lease with Harbor Freight

Bohemia, NY Breslin Realty completed a long-term lease with Harbor Freight Tools at 5185 Sunrise Hwy. Harbor Freight will be occupying 20,000 s/f in the Sayville Plaza shopping center.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

Sayville Plaza retail includes Bed Bath & Beyond, Old Navy, Panera Bread, Jennifer Furniture, The Vitamin Shoppe, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Sprint, Floor & Décor, At Home, and Aldi.

Harbor Freight is a tool and equipment retailer with over 1,200 locations nationwide. They are one of several exciting new tenants coming to Sayville Plaza in 2022, including the recently signed F45 Fitness, which will be opening later this year.
