Breslin Realty negotiates two retail leases at Willow Wood

Wantagh, NY Breslin Realty negotiated two leases totalling 5,250 s/f at Willow Wood shopping center.

Breslin brokered the signing of a long-term lease with Lacrosse Unlimited at 1151 Wantagh Ave.

Lacrosse Unlimited will be occupying 1,500 s/f in the Willow Wood shopping center, next to Petco.

Lacrosse Unlimited is a sporting goods store focused on lacrosse gear such as sticks, helmets, protective equipment, apparel, and footwear. They have been a lacrosse source since 1990, with existing locations in Hauppauge and East Meadow.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.

The French Workshop officially opened the doors of their new 3,750 s/f store at 1187 Wantagh Ave. in the Willow Wood Shopping Center.

The French Workshop is an artisan bakery and café with a menu consisting of pastries, breads, macarons, cakes, pies, brownies, coffee, sandwiches, and more. This is their fourth location, with other locations in Plainview, Garden City, and Bayside.

Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented the tenant Delavale represented the landlord.

Additional Willow Wood retail includes Petco, Starbucks, Guac Shop Mexican Grill, Jani Restaurant, Jovia Financial Credit Union, Sterling Bank, Pro Health Care Associates, Moolala Frozen Yogurt, Club Pilates, Stand Up MRI, Weight Watchers, Supercuts, Q1 Nails, and Wantagh Pharmacy, and more.
