Breslin Realty leases 20,000 s/f to Holiday Farms Supermarket
Franklin Sq., NY Breslin Realty brokered the signing of a long-term lease with Holiday Farms Supermarket at 206 New Hyde Park Rd.
Holiday Farms will be occupying 20,000 s/f in the Franklin Plaza shopping center, replacing King Kullen.
Holiday Farms is a Long Island-based, and locally owned supermarket and caterer. This will be the grocer’s fifth location, with other stores operating in Roslyn, Glen Head, Bayside, and Woodbury.
Cary Fabrikant of Breslin Realty represented the tenant. Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization represented the landlord.
Additional Franklin Plaza retail includes Rite Aid, Greek Xpress, Baskin Robbins, Memory Nails, Insight Hair Salon, New Generation Karate, and Olivetto Pizzeria.
