Breslin Realty Corp. negotiates two leases totaling 3,500 s/f; Lico represents landlord and tenants

According to Wilbur Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Development Corp., his firm negotiated the following lease transactions for 389-391 Peninsula Ave.: * A 10 year lease with Dollar Max for 2,000 s/f; * A 10 year lease with Estevez Insurance Agency for 1,500 s/f. These two new tenants join co-tenants Subway and T-Mobil. Russ Lico of the Breslin Organization represented both the landlord and tenants.
