Breslin Realty completes two leases totaling 2,660 s/f

GARDEN CITY, NY Breslin Realty has brokered two long-term lease totaling 2,660 s/f for SoBol Acai Bowls & Beyond in Manorville and Hauppauge, respectively.
 
SoBol of Manorville is occupying 1,200 s/f at 496 CR-111. This location opened in June 2018, joining CVS, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Dunkin Donuts, and Wendy's at Manorville Plaza.
 
SoBol of Hauppauge is occupying 1,460 s/f at 555 Route 111 next to Branchinelli's Pizza & Restaurant. This location opened in August 2018.
 
SoBol Acai Bowls & Beyond is a health-focused quick-service restauarant, serving acai bowls, fresh fruit smoothies, and more. Acai bowls are made up of house-made granola, acai puree, berries, coconut and honey, and can be customized with an assortment of toppings. They currently operate over 20 locations across Long Island.
 
These transactions were arranged and negotiated by Bill de Seve of the Breslin Organization. Charles Navarro of the Breslin Organization represented the landlord of 555 Route 111, Hauppauge.
