Breslin Realty brokers three leases totaling 12,000 s/f on Long Island

East Meadow, NY Breslin Realty had brokered three leases totaling  12,000 s/f. According to Wilbur Breslin, president of Breslin Realty, The Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille in East Meadow held their grand opening. The newly constructed 6,500 s/f free-standing building is located at 1740 Hempstead Tpke. in East Meadow. The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille is a fast-growing, family friendly, casual dining restaurant and bar, offering high quality American comfort food with a heavy emphasis on local, regional and national sports.

This new location will be the franchise’s second Long Island location. In 2013, Breslin negotiated a deal in Franklin Sq. for the first Greene Turtle location on L.I. The Greene Turtle Sports Bar and Grille first opened in Ocean City, Md. in 1976, and today operates over 40 locations in markets. Judy Pascucci of Breslin arranged and negotiated the deal. According to Breslin Realty Just Falafel Restaurant held their grand opening at the Country Glen Center in Carle Place. Just Falafel opened in the 2,000  s/f endcap on Old Country Rd. Just Falafel is a fast casual restaurant with 700 restaurants in 18 different countries. The new Carle Place location is their first on Long Island. Robert Delavale of Breslin arranged and negotiated the deal. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill Restaurant opened at 321 East Jericho Tpke. in Huntington, formerly occupied by OTB. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill opened in a newly constructed 3,500 s/f free-standing building with 40 parking spaces. Dairy Queen Grill & Chill is a chain of soft serve ice cream and fast food restaurants with over 5,900 locations in the U.S., Canada, and 20 foreign countries. Charlie Navarro of Breslin arranged and negotiated the deal.
