Breslin Realty Announces Lease Signing With Texas Chicken & Burgers in Levittown
Levittown, NY Breslin Realty has signed a long-term lease with Texas Chicken & Burgers in the Levittown Mews Shopping Center.
Texas Chicken & Burgers will be occupying approximately 1,500 s/f at Levittown Mews on Hempstead Turnpike (NY-24).
Texas Chicken & Burgers is a fast casual restaurant serving Southern-style “comfort food” such as fried chicken, cheese burgers, french fries and biscuits. They will be joining the recently announced Advance Auto Parts as two of the shopping center’s newest tenants.
The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of the Breslin organization.
Additional Levittown Mews retail includes Walmart Neighborhood Market, Ulta, Advance Auto Parts, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Lane Bryant, European Wax Center, Leslie’s Swimming Pools, Jovia Financial Credit Union, H&R Block, Sexy Crab Cajun Seafood & Bar, and Rock Box Fitness.
