Breslin and Helbling of Breslin Realty Development complete lease for Starbucks

According to Wilbur Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Development Corp., his firm has completed negotiations with Starbucks to locate in a space formerly occupied by Dunkin Donuts at the Willow Wood Shoppes at Wantagh Ave. and Jerusalem Ave. The new facility will feature a drive-thru, as well as the newest Starbucks concepts. Breslin represented himself, as owner, and Russel Helbling of Breslin represented Starbucks in the 25-year lease. The shopping center features The Gap as well as Gap Kids; Dina's Nail Salon; Weight Watchers; Spasso's Pizzeria; Ceriello Fine Foods; Yogurt City; Supercuts; Western Nassau Physical Therapy; Friendly's; North Shore Allergy and Asthma Institute; Astoria Federal Savings; and Jani. According to Breslin, this was the 39th deal his company has comleted with the Starbucks Co.
