Bremer joins First Nationwide Title Agency as assistant vice president

Continuing to add to its professional staff to meet the growing demand for title insurance from real estate owners, developers and attorneys, among others, First Nationwide Title Agency (FNTA) has added Lauren Bremer as assistant vice president to its agency. Based in the FNTA's Manhattan office, Bremer's focus is new business development, client retention and relationship building. "As we continue to grow our sales team, we are pleased to welcome Lauren aboard," said Steven Napolitano, president and CEO of FNTA. "Lauren has a winning personality, she is driven to succeed and she is ideally suited to court the next generation of real estate investors/buyers who are actively acquiring, disposing of and refinancing properties, as momentum in the real estate industry continues to accelerate." Prior to joining FNTA Bremer launched her title industry career with Manhattan-based Lincoln Land Services, LLC, a leading full-service title insurance agency, where as a senior account representative, she prospected for new business and fostered relationships with existing clients. Before Lincoln, she gained invaluable people skills by working in the field of public relations, most recently serving as an assistant account executive with Tractenberg & Co., a Manhattan-based PR firm specializing in product branding and positioning. Bremer's philanthropic activities include volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity and Ronald McDonald House. She is a member of the Association for Real Estate Women (AREW), and she earned a BA degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina, studying abroad in Italy for Spring semester 2012.
