Brandel and Seidenberg of CBRE
named agent for 1.1 million s/f

Lake Success Quadrangle - Lake Success, NY

Lake Success, NY CBRE has been appointed as the leasing agent for the Lake Success Quadrangle, a 1.1 million s/f class A medical and office complex. The 11-building property is home to ProHealth, Northwell Health, NYU Langone, Catholic Health Services, and New York Cancer & Blood Specialist, among other organizations.

Situated on 54 acres in western Nassau County with access to the Long Island Expwy. and Northern State Pkwy. and proximate to major healthcare systems, retail, and dining options, the Lake Success Quadrangle offers a mix of floor plans to fulfill a variety of office space needs.

The CBRE team of Daniel Brandel and Robert Seidenberg will spearhead the assignment on behalf of owners TPG Angelo Gordon and The We’re Group, marketing availabilities for both medical and office users.

“The Lake Success Quadrangle boasts class A medical and office options to meet a variety of space needs,” said Brandel. “The existing tenant base of premier medical office users activates the complex, and the location makes it extremely attractive to potential tenants seeking to tap the workforce near large population centers in Queens and Nassau County.”
