Boutross and Hill of Winick Realty Group broker 4,500 s/f lease for World of Beer

World of Beer, the Florida-based restaurant chain with locations across the United States, has leased its first New York location at the base of new 204-unit residential development Chelsea Park, located on the Southeast Corner of Eighth Ave. and West 26th St. World of Beer leased 4,500 s/f in which they will offer their patented mix of good company, great music and sports in a comfortable and upbeat setting. With 30 feet of frontage on Eighth Ave., World of Beer will easily target the Chelsea beer connoisseurs attracted to the restaurant's wide selection of more than 500 craft beers from 47 countries. Winick Realty Group broker Diana Boutross represented World of Beer in the lease transaction and continues to act as their exclusive broker as the brand expands in New York and Long Island. Landlord Artimus Development was represented by Winick Realty Group broker Alexander Hill, who leased a 15,500 s/f location for Blink Fitness in the building earlier this year. Hill is continuing to market the remaining 13,367 square feet of ground-floor retail at the property. Boasting 14-foot ceilings and more than 200 feet of wraparound frontage, the available retail at Chelsea Park offers incredible visibility and limitless potential for retailers seeking to make their mark in the ever-growing Chelsea neighborhood.
