New York, NY TF Cornerstone (TFC), signed Bond Vet, a female-led, veterinarian-founded company offering primary care and urgent care services for animals. Located on the ground floor of its residential development, 2 Gold St., in Manhattan’s Financial District, Bond Vet signed a 10-year lease for 3,700 s/f.

“We are excited to welcome Bond Vet to 2 Gold St, which will give our residents and the neighborhood alike a trusted and safe place for 21st century pet care,” said Steve Gonzalez, senior director of retail leasing at TFC.

“Our retail spaces are curated to bring in top-of-the-line businesses who strengthen our neighborhoods and deliver for our residents. Bond Vet is a welcome addition.”

Founded in 2019, Bond Vet is aiming to build a new kind of vet clinic to strengthen the human-animal bond through access to better pet care. With same-day walk-in appointments and easy online bookings, Bond Vet offers both primary care and urgent care veterinary services including wellness exams, vaccines, spay/neuters, as well as surgeries, dental cleanings, and international health certificates. Bond Vet is reimagining the veterinary experience with calm, comfortable spaces for pets and people, a tech-savvy experience for booking and medical records, and thoughtful approaches to treatment plans, all under one roof.

“Having lived here throughout the pandemic, I have seen FiDi/Seaport explode not only with more restaurants and event spaces, but also with more people and their pets moving into the area. However, there still remains a lack of veterinary options around,” said Dr. Jerry Tong, Veterinarian of Bond Vet - FiDi, “Bond stands out from others with our ease of appointment booking/accommodations for walk-ins, upfront pricing, convenient hours, virtual healthcare, warm and friendly staff and building design and top notch medicine and technology.”

Located primarily throughout New York City and also in Boston and Washington D.C, this is Bond Vet’s 18th location nationally. Steven Baker, Daniyel Cohen, and Spencer Planit of Winick represented TFC in the lease signing, while Cassie Durand and Jordan Kaplan of CBRE represented Bond Vet.

The addition of Bond Vet marks TFC’s third pet services location across its portfolio which also includes Wagwear and PetWellClinic (estimated to open early 2023). Both are located at the Albert, TFC’s premier luxury building in Greenwich Village.

Situated in the heart of the Financial District, 2 Gold Street is a two-tower property comprised of 650 rental residences ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.
