Bomzer joins Sabre Real Estate as senior associate

Douglas Bomzer has joined Long Island's newest retail real estate brokerage firm, Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, as a senior associate. He was Previously with Breslin Realty, where he specialized in retail tenant representation. Before that, Bomzer was a residential real estate broker in the Franklin Square office of Prudential Douglas Elliman. He has worked closely with Sabre executive vice president Beth Lamport, who also previously worked at Breslin. His clients include Dots, Ulta, Maggiano's, Chili's, Pet Supplies Plus and Bolton's. "Douglas Bomzer has demonstrated the ability to succeed in tenant representation and we expect him to continue to do that as a member of the Sabre team," said Jayson Siano, managing principal of Sabre.
