Melville, NY BOMA Long Island will hold a Casino Night & Cocktail Party on Thursday, May 17 at RXR, 68 South Service Rd., Lower Level. The event will run from 6 to 10 p.m. BOMA members are free, guests are  $125. Sponsorship opportunities are available. RSVP to [email protected].

When Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) were first part of commercial real estate risk management, it was the lenders driving this requirement. When a borrower wanted a loan on a property, banks would utilize a list of “Approved Consultants” to order the report on both refinances and purchases.
