BOMA Greater Buffalo and McGuire Development to hold Compass East Building Tour April 16th

Join BOMA Greater Buffalo and McGuire Development Company on April 16th for the Compass East Building Tour. The building is located at 425 Michigan Ave. Work is continuing with converting the former Sheehan Hospital into the Compass East mixed-use buidling, with anchor tenant Time Warner Cable. A community clinic will remain on the first floor, two high end residential apartments on the second floor and the basement will be home to McGuire Group's computer and medical training facility. There will be a registration/networking/lunch from11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. and building tour from 12:15 1:00 p.m. Pre-registration is required. The registration deadline is April 11th.
