BOMA educational update: Courses to enhance and advance your career

BOMA of Greater Rochester would like to keep you aware of various educational offerings designed to enhance and advance the careers of real estate and facility professionals. Courses are offered by several leading providers of education, in a variety of learning styles from traditional seminars and courses, to online and audio seminars. Courses are from 2 - 4 p.m. * February 7 course 1: Introduction to Energy Awareness * March 13 course 2: How to Benchmark Energy Performance * April 3 course 3: Energy efficient Audit Concepts & Economic Benefits * May 8 course 4: No and Low Cost Operational Adjustments to Improve Energy Performance * July 10 course 5: Valuing Energy Enhancement Projects & Financial Returns * August 7 course 6: Building an Energy Awareness Program BOMA Greater Buffalo (www.bomabuffalo.com/education.php3). * February 1-April 9 Refrigerator Systems and Accessories * February 1-April 2 Leasing and Marketing for Property Managers American Trainco (www.AmericanTrainco.com). * January 16 - 17 PLCs for Non-Programmers. Registration is at 7:30 a.m. The course runs from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Lunch will be held from 12 -1 p.m. The cost is $890 per student, both days. * January 24 - 25 Understanding Variable Frequency Drives.
