Bold New York teams with Decorilla to provide interior design services

Bold New York, the full-service real estate consulting and brokerage firm, has teamed up with Decorilla, the interior design start-up that operates through its proprietary online platform. The arrangement gives Bold New York's renters and buyers complimentary access to a group of professional interior decorators that will design everything from individual rooms to full apartments. "Moving into an empty space can be quite exhausting for any new renter or buyer. Our partnership with Decorilla eliminates one of the most difficult steps in the moving process by helping individuals visualize how their new space can look," said Robert Stofer of Bold New York. "Decorilla's designers will be providing our clients design concepts, realistic 3D modeling, floor plan-specific approaches with furniture placement, video consultation and follow-up." Renters and buyers at a selection of exclusive Bold New York listings will be provided complimentary design services from Decorilla. Bold New York will assist its clients by forwarding individual floor plans and apartment images to Decorilla. Bold New York's renters and buyers will then provide Decorilla with information about their individual style, utilitarian needs and budget. Decorilla will then engage its community of decorators - collaborators from New York, Milan, London and other cities - who will create customized interior design concepts. Bold New York's clients can choose the decorator whose renderings best match their tastes. Once paired, the designer will work with the renter or buyer to refine specific designs. "Along with lay-outs and suggested color palettes, our designers' renderings incorporate existing furniture from a client's collection as well as suggestions for new pieces of furniture," said Agnieszka Wilk, co-founder of New York City-based Decorilla, Ltd. "Should a client elect to then purchase new furniture, we have exclusive relationships with thousands of brands. Decorilla routinely extends discounts to such retailers as Wayfair, Dwell Studios and Crate & Barrel." As part of the partnership, Decorilla will be creating a selection of concepts and visualizations for a variety of Bold New York's sales and rental listings.

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking
