BMAR to hold 90th Anniversary Banquet celebration on April 24th

The Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors (BMAR) will hold their 90th Anniversary Banquet celebration on April 24th. The event will be held at Marina del Rey Caterers. The banquet committee selected the following award recipients: * Heritage Award: Perry Gault Management Co., Inc. * Distinguished Service Award: Sandra Erickson, Sandra Erickson Real Estate * Realtor of the Year: Ellen Feld, Exclusive Properties Sotheby's International Realty * Realtor Associate of the Year: Karl Brumback, Massey Knakal Realty * Affiliate Member of the Year: Ross Goldenberg and Jason Griffith, SiteCompli * Institutional Member of the Year: Anthony Simeone, Ridgewood Savings Bank * Community Leadership Award: Hon.
