Blumenthal joins HAP Investments as a financial analyst

HAP Investments LLC, a New York based international real estate investment and development company, has revealed that Doni Blumenthal has been appointed a financial analyst at the company. "We are very pleased to have Doni join HAP as an Analyst," said Eran Polack, co-founder and CEO of HAP Investments. "He has great experience in the financial services industry and we believe his analytical skills and background will play a key part in helping the company reach its future goals." Blumenthal brings several years of experience to his position with HAP Investments. He was previously at Meridian Capital Group, where he assisted in underwriting over $950 million in commercial real estate loans while managing all aspects of debt placement from loan origination through closing. Doni holds a MBA from The Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in New York State.
