Blumenfeld Dev. Group renews 20,000 s/f lease for NY Sports Club

Syosset, NY The Blumenfeld Development Group (BDG) has renewed NY Sports Club’s lease at their 9901 Queens Blvd. location for another 10 years, beginning in 2024.

Located near the subway and other public transportation, the 20,000 s/f fully equipped fitness club, serves the Forest Hills and Rego Park communities. NYSC has occupied this location since 2006 and future plans call for a remodeling.

“We are thrilled that NY Sports Club has been able to experience the value of this location,” said Brad Blumenfeld, vice president, Blumenfeld Development Group. “Their renewal speaks to the strength of the locale which has enabled it to consistently be one of the top performers in the NY Sports Club family.”
