Black Women Enterprises, BWE, a statewide organization promoting women owned businesses, held the first in a series of entrepreneurial workshops. The topic of the workshop was "Financing Your Own Facility- for Small Businesses and Non-profits."
Speaking on the topic was Roslyn Goldmacher, president/CEO of Greater N.Y. Development Co., (GNYDC), which makes low cost subordinate mortgage loans to businesses & nonprofits in the tri-state area for capital projects under the SBA 504 and New Market Loan Funds.
