Bethmann and Tucci of The Bell Group broker 20,000 s/f office lease

The American Red Cross Blood Services, New York-Penn Region will move its office to 7359 Oswego Rd. upon completion of construction. Currently located at 636 South Warren St., the Red Cross Blood Services must move out of that building as it is being taken by eminent domain. Working under a time crunch to find an acceptable location, at an acceptable price, Mark Bethmann and Sarah Tucci of Bell Group were hired to represent the organization in their real estate needs. Bell Group worked in conjunction with the Red Cross's regional and corporate real estate offices, and together, the group was able to lease the 20,000 s/f building at 7359 Oswego Rd. The Bell Group was founded in 1986 to respond to the need in the marketplace for a real estate consulting firm specializing in tenant representation services in the upstate N.Y. area. Each member of the team brings a unique set of skills to every project. Through each partner's area of expertise, we create a project specific team for every transaction, guaranteeing maximum benefit and protection for our clients. Our experience in construction, development, property management, financing, lease negotiations, acquisition and disposition give us the necessary tools and knowledge to consistently reduce our client's real estate and occupancy costs.
