Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) closed the sale of 176 Central Ave., located in the Bushwick neighborhood, for $4.25 million.

This development site’s lot dimensions of 73.5 ft. x 150.33 ft. and measures 23,320 s/f. This property is zoned R6 with an FAR of 2.43. The seller for this property is Michael Ortiz and the buyer is Abe Friedman.

Derek Bestreich, Steve Reynolds, Tom Reynolds, and Brian Davila of BRG facilitated both sides of the transaction.
