Bestreich Realty Group handles two sales totaling $4.7 million

Brooklyn, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) completed the following:

The sale of 302 5th St. in Park Slope for $2 million. This mixed-use building has three apartments priced at $666,667 per unit. The property is 2,772 s/f above ground priced at $721 per s/f, and was delivered vacant. Daniel Shawah, Derek Bestreich, Luke Sproviero, Adam Lobel, Toby Waring, and Gabriel Kates facilitated both sides of the transaction. The sellers were 302 5th Street LLC and the new buyers were Fifth Street LLC.

The sale of 710 DeGraw St. in Park Slope for $2.7 million. This four-apartment, mixed-use property contains 3,938 s/f. Toby Waring, Bestreich, Sproviero, Lobel, Kates, and Shawah facilitated both sides of the transaction. The sellers were 710 DeGraw LLC and the buyers were 710 DG LLC.
