Bill Berkis of Winoker Realty has brokered a five-year, two-month, 2,005 s/f lease at 320 West 37th St. Berkis represented the tenant, Innovative Media. The building owner, Wassfam LLC, was represented by Andy Udis of Newmark Knight Frank.
"Innovative Media took advantage of a market that is increasingly enabling tenants to occupy premium space at excellent rental rates," said Berkis. "Winoker was an active partner in helping Innovative Media find space that was perfect for their business needs."
