Benedek and Silbergleit of NAI Friedland represent tenant in 2,556 s/f lease; RXR Realty (landlord of 660 White Plains Road) represents itself
The office division of NAI Friedland has completed a 2,556 s/f lease at 660 White Plains Rd. Executive directors Ellen Benedek and Carl Silbergleit brokered the deal between RXR Realty, LLC (landlord) and Center Management Associates (tenant). Benedek and Silbergleit represented the tenant. RXR Realty, LLC represented themselves.
