Robert K. Futterman & Associates (RKF) recently secured a 2,100 s/f space for urban clothier Nida at 571-573 Hudson St., located between West 11th and Bank Sts. in the borough's West Village. Scheduled to open its first New York location this winter, Nida will occupy 1,050 s/f on the ground and 1,050 s/f in the basement.
RKF executive vice president Karen Bellantoni and director Caleb Petersen represented the tenant, while executive vice president and principal Amira Yunis and director Jared Lack of Newmark Knight Frank Retail represented the landlord, 571 Hudson Street Corp.
"Nida was looking to find an ideal location to serve as its East Coast presence and the West Village was a viable option, with its incredible storefronts and visibility," said Bellantoni. "The pedestrian traffic and nearby food options will help position this brand in a growing retail corridor."
