Bell Group assists Spectracom in 26,064 s/f lease at Eagles Landing

Spectracom, experts in the generation, distribution, and measurement of precise time and frequency for specific applications, will be moving into a build-to-suit building in the new Eagles Landing Business Park. Pat Benz and David LaPointe of the Bell Group represented Spectracom in this real estate transaction. The Bell Group is a commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. Spectracom needed to move as their expansion needs could not be accommodated in their current location. Spectracom who now occupies 19,000 s/f will be expanding at their new location in Eagles Landing to occupy 26,064 s/f. They are on schedule to move into their new facility in May of 2011. The Bell Group worked primarily with Eric Jones of LeFrois Builders and Rick Glazer of Buckingham Properties who both represented the landlord, Eagles Landing I, LLC for this project.
