Bell and Tucci of The Bell Group represent tenant in 10,700 s/f lease

NuClimate Air Quality Systems, Inc. and Upstate Parts & Supply, Inc. relocated to 6295 East Molloy Rd. The company now occupies a total of 10,700 s/f, about 6,200 s/f larger than their previous location at 6500 Joy Rd. Bill Bell and Sarah Tucci of the Bell Group represented NuClimate Air Quality Systems and Upstate Parts & Supply. The Bell Group is a commercial real estate firm specializing in tenant representation. The Bell Group worked with Ed Rogers of Oliva who represented the landlord. Tucci, real estate consultant for Bell Group said, "We analyzed their situation, understood their needs, and helped them find space to best suit their wants and needs."
