New York's unique Upper East Side is lined with prominent, upscale residential buildings that make the opulent area so becoming and desirable. Now about to be unveiled, the stunning and sophisticated Beckford House will be twenty-one stories with 32-units. It will feature one, two or three condominium apartments per floor. Located at 301 East 81st St., residents will have a choice of one to six-bedroom homes, three full-color penthouses or one desirable duplex. Prices will range from approximately $2 million for one-bedroom residences to more than $20 million for penthouse units.

Architecturally, Beckford House, an Icon Realty Management property, will boast extensive terraces and Juliet balconies overlooking New York City's skyline. The building has been designed by SLCE Architects. Residences feature floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, pre-war details, walk-in closet, washer and dryer, natural stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, nine to eleven-foot ceilings with white oak flooring and Statuary marble. Kitchens are state-of-the-art with handcrafted finishes by Christopher Peacock and marble slab countertops and appliances by Sub-Zero and Wolf, with Dornbracht polished chrome fittings. Bountiful open living and dining areas feature rift and quarter-sawn white oak flooring and custom millwork with a herringbone pattern in main living spaces by Studio Sofield. William Sofield is a highly sought after and renowned interior designer and a self-proclaimed modernist architect who creates designs that uniquely respond to each specific neighborhood.

Beckford House also features large windows with light which create bright and cheery rooms  and provide residents with prominent views of the city. The lavish building displays an ornate lobby with a beautiful color palette and elegant artwork, making it highly distinctive. Upscale amenities include 24-hour concierge team, large reception room, private lounge, adjoining dining room and wet bar with a fireplace. On the 22nd floor, the roof terrace with outdoor kitchen will entertain residents. The building also boasts an all-encompassing fitness room, 1,745 s/f yoga studio, a 65-foot-long swimming pool, children's playroom, basketball court, central AC, bike storage, cold storage and more.
