“The prominent Harbor Park Dr. industrial park in Port Washington is an ideal location for Cintas, as it meets the company’s current and long-term needs and can also accommodate future growth,” said Lee Brodsky, president of BEB. “The lack of available commercial space in western Nassau County led to this expansion and extension at 12 Harbor Park Dr.”

Cintas, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, had previously been a tenant at the Harbor Park Dr. location.  With this new deal, they will be occupying space on the first and second floors.

Brodsky, in his other capacity as a managing director of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, negotiated the transaction on behalf of BEB, along with his Newmark colleagues Dan Oliver and Dan Marcus, managing director and director, respectively.

“While the Nassau County market has been tight, we are seeing a great deal of interest in our Long Island properties recently,” said Bert Brodsky, chairman of BEB.

“We’re looking forward to strong activity in the upcoming months.”

BEB Real Estate is a privately held company based in Port Washington, NY. The company has a real estate and investment portfolio consisting of mixed-use developments, parking facilities and restaurants totaling over $340 million in assets throughout the East Coast.
