Batista of Sabre Real Estate Group arrange 2,403 s/f lease to Moe's Southwest Grill

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, the metropolitan area's leading independent retail brokerage, has arranged a lease for Moe's Southwest Grill. Moe's Southwest Grill, which serves fresh made-to-order burritos and southwest fare in a fun and laid back environment, is expected to open in the fall in a 2,403 s/f end-cap at the Gateway Plaza shopping center, 499 Sunrise Hwy. N. Service Rd., a 389,247 s/f shopping center at the intersection of Waverly Ave. Moe's currently operates seven restaurants in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Greg Batista, a director at Sabre, arranged the transaction. Pergament Properties, of Woodbury, Long Island, is the landlord.
