
Brooklyn, NY Michael Sherman, founder of Baseline Real Estate Advisors, brokered the sale of 117 North 4th St. in Williamsburg for $9.75 million. The property is a newly renovated eight unit apartment building.
The sale price equates to $1,500 per s/f and $1,218,750 per unit. The deal closed on Sept. 13th. Sherman represented both sides of the transaction.
“We were pleased to find an active purchaser who was looking to add a luxurious turnkey asset to his portfolio in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Brooklyn” said Sherman.
The property is located across the street from Whole Foods on North 4th St., between Bedford Ave. and Berry St.
