Bartone Properties and BWC Realty Partners wins award

According to Vision Long Island, the 2012 Smart Growth Awards with Bartone Properties and BWC Realty Partners are being honored as the "Revitalizing Communities" award recipients for the redevelopment in Farmingdale surrounding the train station. The project consists of redeveloping a blighted and underutilized warehouse building located across the street from the Farmingdale Train Station with a new mixed-use building consisting of ground level retail space along with residential units. Additionally, adjacent to the train station parking lot an 85-room Home2 Suites by Hilton hotel will be constructed. Both sights will be served by underground parking.
