Barish of Pliskin leases 2,800 s/f to Cabo Fresh; Represents tenant and landlord

Brad Barish, senior associate at Pliskin Realty & Development has completed a 10-year lease for Cabo FreshMex, a fast-growing California Mexican grill restaurant. Cabo Fresh Mex will occupy a 2,800 s/f space located at 5010 Jericho Tpke., at the southeast corner of Larkfield Rd. The space, formerly occupied by a Quiznos in the Trader Joe's Shopping Center, is being renovated for the new restaurant. A January 2014 opening is projected. The Cabo Fresh concept was designed by restaurateur Jim Divilio who over the past 25 years has also created and owned restaurants such as Laguna Grill, Baja Fresh, and El Dorado. Barish was the exclusive broker, representing both the tenant and the property owner, Blumenfeld Development Group. Barish and Pliskin Realty, are the exclusive broker for Cabo's expansion on Long Island and New York City.
