Barbuto of SouthGate arranges 1,300 s/f lease for medical space; DelBello of Windsor Commercial reps landlord
Westbury, NY Southgate Commercial Real Estate has completed a lease signing of 1,300 s/f, located at 990 Westbury Rd. This will be the latest location of Jeremy Spiegel, M.D. of Casco Bay Medical PLLC.
Joseph Barbuto, MBA, CIREC, of Southgate Commercial, was the real estate agent representing Dr. Spiegel. Bernard DelBello III, the executive director of Windsor Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord.
Dr. Spiegel, the founder and medical director of Casco Bay Medical PLLC, is a recognized psychiatrist and author. He performs medical marijuana evaluations.
