eShave, 1025 Third Avenue - New York, NY

eShave, the Long Island City-based shaving products and services company, has leased its first Upper East Side storefront at 1025 Third Ave. between 60th and 61st Sts.
Winick Realty Group president Steven Baker and broker Aaron Fishbein represented eShave in the leasing transaction, while landlord Mall Properties was represented in-house by Jonathan Greenberg.
"This location has a lot of character and it is ideally-situated for their brand," said Baker and Fishbein. "The space is directly across from Bloomingdale's and the D&D Building. The area has a great mix of residential buildings, offices on Lexington Avenue, and tourist attractions like Dylan's Candy Bar, Serendipity and all of the exciting shopping on Lexington and Third Avenues."
The space will sell eShave's popular line of shaving products and accessories, as well as offer barber services in the rear of the store. eShave, which currently operates a retail location in Rockefeller Center, will open in the fall following a build out that Baker and Fishbein described as "very modern and clean, yet comfortable."
The company was founded by President Danielle Malka in 1996 and currently sells its shaving, hair and skin products in 22 countries around the world.
