Bailey of WindStar Properties represents landlord in 4,326 s/f retail lease

WindStar Properties completed a lease with Alfred Angelo Bridal at The Shops at Scots Legacy. Alfred Angelo Bridal will occupy 4,326 s/f and sell bridal and women's formal wear, prom gowns and all related merchandise and accessories. Cynthia Bailey of WindStar Properties represented the landlord, China Diner Limited Partnership. The tenant was represented by Wulfe & Co.
