Bagwell & Associates launches title insurance business in metro N.Y.

Bagwell & Associates Title Insurance LLC has launched its service to the metropolitan area. Marvin Bagwell, Esq., formerly VP and eastern divisional counsel of United General Title Insurance Company and Merlin Dyer, formerly assistant VP and agency representative with Ticor Title Insurance Company are the founding partners of Bagwell & Associates. Bagwell will serve as CEO/president and Dyer will serve as COO/executive VP.
