- Walgreens located at 4768 Shore Dr., Virginia Beach, VA. Sale amount: $4.9 million; Buyer: Private Real Estate Investment Trust; Seller: Family Office. - 14,560 s/f on 1.78 acres.
- Arby’s located at 904 US 31W Bypass, Bowling Green, KY. Sale amount: $1.165 million; Buyer: REIT; Seller: Family Office. - 3,069 s/f on .66 acres
