Great Neck, NY After a decade leading acquisitions at Klosed Properties, Shawn Aziz has launched Ash Property Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage focused on trust, transparency, and long-term relationships.

Drawing on years of hands-on underwriting and off-market deal sourcing, Aziz brings a unique perspective to the investment sales side of the business. Ash Property Advisors will focus on multifamily assets across the five boroughs and greater New York metro area, with an emphasis on straightforward guidance and long-term value.
