Building features include, but are not limited to a structural steel frame, 18-20 ft. clear ceiling height, two dock doors, three drive in doors, etc. The property is 1.5 miles from Interstate I-95 (AADT of 96,000), the main interstate highway of Florida’s Atlantic Coast. As of the 2020 Census, Melbourne’s population was 84,678. The city is the second-largest in the county by both size and population
