Axiom Capital funds $2.1 million industrial property

Melbourne, FL Axiom Capital has structured and arranged a $2.1 million permanent loan for the acquisition of a small bay industrial property.

The property, constructed in 1998, consists of a 30,000 s/f industrial building with 101 car parking spaces situated on 4.2 acres. Building features include, but are not limited to a structural steel frame, 18-20 ft. clear ceiling height, two dock doors, three drive in doors, etc. The property is 1.5 miles from Interstate I-95 (AADT of 96,000), the main interstate highway of Florida’s Atlantic Coast. As of the 2020 Census, Melbourne’s population was 84,678. The city is the second-largest in the county by both size and population
