Axiom Capital Corp. structured and arranged a $13.5 million permanent loan

Saratoga Springs, NY Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $13.5 million permanent loan. The 10-year, fixed rate, non-recourse loan will be used for the refinance of a class A mixed-use property located in Saratoga County.

The property is three miles from Exit 15 off I-87 and located at the corner of New York State Route 9N and West Ave., just a few blocks from downtown. The property consists of 63 units of apartments and 5,423 s/f of commercial space.

Additional details were not disclosed.
