Axiom Capital arranges $38.5 million loan for
six building retail acquisition

Clifton Park, NY Axiom Capital Corp. has structured and arranged a $38.5 million,10-year, fixed rate permanent loan for the acquisition of a regional retail center located in Clifton Park.

The property consists of six separate buildings on five separate parcels with parking. The property is currently home to 64 tenants including a strong line up of national/regional retailers. The property is north of Colonie and south of Saratoga Springs and is situated near the intersection of Rte. 146 and Clifton Country Rd. — one of the busiest intersections in Saratoga County. The property is less than 0.6 miles from I-87 and 0.8 miles from Rte. 9, two of the area’s primary north/south thoroughfares.
