Austin Corporate Properties brokers a 47,000 s/f lease and a 26,000 s/f sale

Magnetic Analysis Corp. has signed a long term lease for 47,000 s/f in a relocation to103 Fairview Park Dr. Concurrently, they sold their former 26,000 s/f building in Mt. Vernon. Austin Corporate Properties represented Magnetic Analysis in both transactions. Magnetic Analysis is a leader in the field of measuring, analyzing and controlling instruments. The new offices serve as its corporate headquarters. The owner of 103 Fairview Park Dr. is Lighthouse Real Estate Management, and was represented by CBRE. The purchase of Magnetic's Mt. Vernon property was Terranova Bakery, represented by Colliers International.
