Auerbacher of NorthMarq Capital arranges $10 million

Elliot Auerbacher, vice president of NorthMarq Capital's New York metro based office arranged a $10 million, revolving line of credit for a bridge lender. The collateral includes a variety of property types located in N.J., N.Y. and Pennsylvania. NorthMarq arranged financing, structured with a three-year interest only term, for the borrower through its relationship with a national bank. "The lender spent many hours helping the borrower complete this difficult transaction," said Auerbacher.
